Cori is scheduled for surgery this Thursday for the lump in her leg. I know it will all be ok, but I still wish it didn't have to happen.

Every yarn stasher's nightmare, my reality! Little moths ate through store bought sweaters, but thankfully didn't get to my yarn. Yay!

I finally got the satin binding on correctly! (Turned out my sewing machine was defective and Amazon sent me a replacement overnight)! My mitered corners came out pretty junky looking, but I have a feeling Cori won't mind.

Aww! She’ll be fine but it’s so hard on moms when their babies have surgery. I never cried so hard in my life as when I stayed with my son (two times) while they put him under.
Hang in there and know they’ll take great care of her.
I’ll be holding good thoughts for you all on Thursday. Take deep breaths. She’ll never remember!
Medical issues are WAY harder on the mom than the baby! I am sure Cori will come through it fine, but it’s ok to be a nervous wreck. Can’t wait to see you two in August.
Yes, it will definitely be harder for you than it will be for Cori! I’ve been there and it’s not easy. But just remember that kids heal soooooo much faster than adults and she won’t remember this when she’s older. Hang in there!
Hey there- hope you are holding up ok, that is tough stuff! Thinking of you
